This is the first chapter of the 1001 Knights series. It was released on August 7, 2012.
Summary[]
After finishing up a case involving a missing cat, Naito Fuuga gives his business card to the owner of the cat and leaves, telling her that he'd be happy to help anytime. As he is walking around, he remembers that it was after he had started this job that he felt like it was possible to find his missing father, but until now he hasn't gotten close to finding him. He then receives a text message from Yuta Fuuga, saying that they should meet up. As Naito starts thinking about how rare it it s for them to meet up, Yuta comes barreling out with an unknown man. Yuta then begins to blackmail the man, saying that if he got another idea to stalk a girl, he'd kill him. Yuta stops when he hears Naito call his name, Yuta then asks him if he is done withhis case, to which Naito says he is. He then tells Yuta that if he is finished with what he was doing they could leave. The man who Yuta had beaten up is still able to move, and attacks Yuta from behind. Naito sees this and tries to warn Yuta, but the man is still able to strike Yuta, giving his a cut on his cheek.
